We deliver digitally, not physically

BiodataPress sells digital products only. We create marriage biodata documents that you download as a PDF or image file. Nothing is printed, packaged or posted, so no shipping address, courier or delivery charge is involved.

How and when you receive your biodata

• Free designs: the download is available immediately, with no payment and no sign-up.
• Premium and Ultra Premium designs: the download unlocks instantly once the payment is confirmed, normally within a few seconds.
• The file is delivered through the Download button in your browser. Nothing is emailed, so there is no waiting.

Delivery charges

There are none. The price shown at checkout is the total amount payable.

Re-downloading later

Every biodata gets a private link. Open that link on any device to edit your details and download the file again as many times as you like, at no extra cost.

If your download does not arrive

If a payment succeeded but the design did not unlock, refresh the page once. If it is still locked, write to us at [email protected] with your Razorpay payment ID. We unlock it manually, usually within a few hours, or refund you in full as described in our refund and cancellation policy.
