Do I have to pay to make a biodata?
No. The five free templates give you the complete experience, including PDF download, without paying anything.
Can I add my photo on a free template?
No. Photo upload is a premium feature. Free templates are text-only; pick any premium design to add your photo.
What exactly does the premium payment unlock?
It removes the preview watermark, enables your photo and unlocks PDF and PNG download of your biodata in that premium design. You can re-download and edit as many times as you like using your private link.
Can I switch to another premium design after paying?
Each purchase unlocks one design for one biodata. If you switch to a different premium design you would need to unlock that one; switching back to your purchased design is always free.
What if the payment fails or the download doesn't work?
If money was deducted but the template did not unlock, contact us with your payment ID. We will unlock it manually or refund you in full. See our refund policy. Contact us · Refund policy
