Refund & cancellation policy

Digital product

Premium template unlocks are digital goods delivered instantly. Because you can preview the complete design with your own details before paying, unlocks are generally non-refundable once the download is available.

When we do refund

• Money was deducted but the template did not unlock and we could not fix it within 48 hours.
• You were charged twice for the same biodata.
• The downloaded PDF is defective and we cannot provide a corrected file.

How to request

Email dipleshkumar1998@gmail.com within 7 days with your Razorpay payment ID and the private link of your biodata. Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method within 5–7 working days.
