Use of the service

BiodataPress lets you create, preview and download marriage biodata documents. You may use the service for personal, non-commercial purposes. You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you enter and for having the right to use any photo you upload.

Free and premium templates

Free templates may be downloaded without charge. Premium templates are unlocked per biodata by a one-time payment. The payment grants you a personal licence to download and use your biodata in that design; it does not transfer ownership of the template artwork.

Prohibited use

Do not upload unlawful content, impersonate others, attempt to bypass payment, or use automated tools to scrape templates.

Availability

We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Keep a copy of your downloaded PDF.

Liability

The service is provided “as is”. To the maximum extent permitted by law we are not liable for indirect losses arising from use of the service. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the preceding 12 months.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India.
